Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over Pakistan. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take in Pakistan?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days across Pakistan.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver worldwide, including the UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Europe. Message us on WhatsApp (+923018880223) with your country and city for international delivery charges and time.
Do you offer stitching?
Yes. We offer a stitching service, including for our international customers: suits can be stitched to your own measurements. Fill in the Custom Stitching form on our website (sjcloths.com/custom-stitching) with your suit details and measurements, or send them on WhatsApp, and we will share the stitching charges and delivery time.
What does an unstitched 3-piece suit include?
A 3-piece suit includes shirt, dupatta and trouser (shalwar) fabric. The exact fabric and length of each piece is listed under Product Details on every product page.
What is your refund and replacement policy?
We offer a 15-day refund and replacement policy. If something is not right, contact us on WhatsApp within 15 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Items should be unused with original tags.
How do I place an order?
Add the suit to your cart and check out on the website, or tap "Order on WhatsApp" on any product page and send us the message.
How can I check my order status?

Will the colour be exactly as shown in the pictures?
We photograph every suit carefully, but the actual colour can look slightly different because of lighting and screen settings.
How should I wash embroidered and chiffon suits?
Dry cleaning is recommended. If washing at home, hand wash gently in cold water, do not wring, and iron on the reverse side on low heat.
What do codes like MC1484 mean?
Each design has its own code. Mention the code on WhatsApp when asking about a suit so we can check it for you quickly.
